• 3+ years of strategic planning and multi-year roadmaps.
• Basic awareness of technology capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Implements low to moderately complex solutions to reduce costs and improve quality.
• Collaborate with business leaders to gather information for solutions.
• Apply process engineering best practices to deliver reusable tech solutions.
• Create SIPOC, RACI, risk assessments, and control plans.
• Translate issues into design-oriented business cases.
• Support enterprise change-management deliverables for major projects.
