Job summary

Bank of America is seeking an experienced operations professional to support complex Wealth Management and fund onboarding processes. You will manage client data, coordinate with product groups, and ensure accurate, compliant processing across multiple stakeholders.

The role emphasizes risk management, process improvement, and strong Excel reporting. A 1st shift, on-site role in the United States with dedicated collaboration across teams is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting complex processes across operations, project management, team leadership, and/or business controls.
• Knowledge of Alternative Investments trading and onboarding, including operational workflows and lifecycle considerations.
• Ability to resolve complex or high-risk exceptions with appropriate action and escalation.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting and process improvement.
• Experience leading internal and external audits with timely responses.
• Experience strengthening a robust controls framework across operations.

Responsibilities

• Performs complex activities supporting the assignment, sourcing, gathering, furnishing and movement of financial and client information.
• Leads end-to-end resolution of complex client issues and inquiries with escalation as needed.
• Drives execution of complex financial and non-financial client transactions.
• Supports process improvements across multiple stakeholders.
• Performs QA, testing and training to ensure high performance and quality.
• Supports risk management and audit processes and prepares control documentation.
• Reviews and updates procedures to keep them accurate and compliant.
• Identifies operational risks and recommends enhancements to reduce errors and strengthen controls.
• Ensures accurate documentation and approvals are maintained.
