Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a Process Design Manager to lead assessment, development, execution, and oversight of process improvement initiatives within Global Risk Management, focusing on the SPI.

You will partner with executives and deployment champions to implement strategic projects, ensure compliance with process policies, and drive measurable productivity gains across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to lead process improvement initiatives.
• Experience documenting process flows and process design.
• Proficient in Visio and ARIS tooling for process models.
• Ability to work with executives and stakeholders across units.
• Understanding of Enterprise Process Management Policy and standards.

Responsibilities

• Implements highly complex solutions to optimize performance and reduce variability.
• Oversees partnerships with LOBs to gather information for solution implementation.
• Applies process redesign concepts to align with long-term goals.
• Manages governance routines to inspect health of programs and portfolios.
• Ensures compliance with Enterprise Change Management policies.
• Leads development and improvement of processes supporting GRM objectives.
• Identifies and addresses risks and control gaps proactively.
• Drives adherence to SPI quality and effectiveness in GRM.
