Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a Credit, Credit Operations, Transformation / Strategy, or Process Design role.
• Interest in learning new platforms and technologies.
• Familiarity with Agile software development process.
• Experience in Financial Services Industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess and analyze current-state processes to identify opportunities for simplification, automation, and performance improvement.
• Design end-to-end solutions that improve efficiency, consistency, scalability, and user experience.
• Lead enterprise change management deliverables for material projects including SIPOC, RACI, process maps and risk assessments.
• Leverage analytics and critical thinking to solve complex business problems and translate issues into structured design-oriented solutions with defined business case benefits.
