Qualifications

• Ability to resolve high-risk exceptions with appropriate actions and escalation paths.
• Multitasking in a fast-paced environment with evolving business needs.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, data analysis, trend reporting).
• Experience coordinating internal/external audits and maintaining robust controls.

Responsibilities

• Support assignment, sourcing, gathering, and movement of financial data per guidelines.
• Lead end-to-end resolution of complex client issues with risk considerations.
• Drive execution of complex financial and non-financial client transactions.
• Support process improvements and initiatives across stakeholders.
• Perform QA reviews, testing and training to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Support risk management and audit processes with mitigation planning.
• Review and update procedures to maintain accuracy and compliance.
