Job summary

AbbVie Parenteral Product Development Science & Technology (PDS&T) seeks a Process Analytics Lead to steer analytical testing support within the Drug Product team. You will design studies, coordinate testing plans, and oversee data interpretation across internal and external labs, ensuring method transfer and timeline alignment.

Qualifications

• PhD, Master’s, or Bachelor’s in analytical chemistry, biochemistry, or biology with lab experience.
• Strong knowledge of protein analytics (HPLC, SEC, IEX, HIC) and related tech.
• Ability to guide scientists through study execution and analyze data holistically.

Responsibilities

• Oversee process analytics within Analytical Development and coordinate testing plans.
• Develop study designs, transfer methods, and coordinate external lab work.
• Review and interpret data across internal/external labs and ensure timelines.
• Lead analytical subteams, generate protocols, and communicate milestones.
