AbbVie Inc. is seeking a Bioprocess Engineer to advance biologics and ADC process development across development stages. You will design robust processes, scale-up strategies, and collaborate across chem/biologics teams to deliver manufacturable pipelines.
You will lead cross-functional teams, develop process development plans, and contribute to regulatory filings and technology transfer to manufacturing sites.
Competenze
- BS/MS/PhD in Chemical/Bio Engineering with 12+ (BS), 10+ (MS), or 4+ (PhD) years of industrial experience.
- PhD candidates with pertinent research exposure are encouraged to apply.
- Job level commensurate with education and experience.
- Strong background in chemical engineering and ability to solve technical problems.
- Ability to lead cross-functional process development teams.
Mansioni
- Lead and/or participate in process development for bioprocesses across development phases.
- Develop robust manufacturing processes and scale-up strategies in pilot and production settings.
- Define research plans, set timelines, and provide team leadership in matrixed settings.
- Transfer optimized processes to manufacturing sites and support regulatory filings.
