Job summary

HireLifeScience seeks an Associate Scientist, Process Analytics Lab Lead for Biologics Drug Substance Commercialization. You will lead non-GMP analytics development, troubleshoot lab systems, and manage a small team to deliver timely, compliant results.

You will drive assay development, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration, ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory alignment while advancing biologics pipelines.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Analytical Sciences, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry or related field is required.
• Experience with analytical data analysis and instruments (HPLC/UPLC).
• Leadership experience preferred and ability to manage small teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day scoping and prioritization for testing of non-GMP analytical samples.
• Oversee daily lab operations, scheduling, training, inventory, and metrics.
• Drive continuous improvement in procedures, safety, and documentation.
