Qualifications

• PhD in chemistry, biology, biochemistry, chemical engineering, or related technical discipline.
• Minimum of 6+ years (PhD) of relevant professional experience in biotech/pharmaceutical setting.

Responsibilities

• Act as process analytics lead for late-stage biologics in AbbVie's CMC teams and collaborate with development groups.
• Serve as subject matter expert for separation-based methods like HPLC and capillary electrophoresis for Mab/DS programs.
• Evaluate and select analytical technologies to meet program needs and ensure timely delivery of results.
• Provide hands-on lab support and assist in method development, execution, and troubleshooting.
• Write and review technical documents for late-stage programs and support IND/BLA filings.
• Mentor and supervise junior scientists and foster an inclusive team environment.
