Job summary

Malvern Health is seeking a Full Time IT Systems Support Specialist to support desktops, phones and our systems infrastructure at the Malvern location in Malvern, PA. The role includes ticketing, new setup coordination and troubleshooting, with occasional travel to other Malvern sites.

Qualifications

High school diploma required.
Associate degree in computer science, MIS or related field preferred.
Equivalent work experience may substitute for education requirements.

Responsibilities

Provide front-line IT support for desktop, telecom and systems infrastructure at Malvern locations.
Create tickets for support requests via phone, email or in person.
Coordinate new set-ups and monitor ticket progress to completion.
Assist with setup of new PCs and software installations.
Provide backup support for department leads and maintain documentation.
