Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (B.S.) from a four-year college or university in an appropriate engineering field.
- Five+ years related experience in an AV/IT environment.

Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage the Dispatch inbox queue.
- Open Preventative Maintenance Service tickets and record information.
- Coordinate subcontractor dispatch and relay site information.
- Interface with customers to keep them informed on cases.
