Job summary

Floor & Decor is hiring for a PRO Services role, focusing on building relationships with professional customers in the flooring contractor space. The role reports to the PRO Services Manager and collaborates with Installation Materials and Design Services to grow the PRO business.

Responsibilities include PRO desk support, driving PRO participation, and promoting Floor & Decor’s credit and rewards programs. The position is hourly and involves travel up to 20% as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish or the store-area language a plus.
• 1 year in retail or wholesale contractor sales, service, supply and/or professional installation.

Responsibilities

• Execute the PRO Services Blueprint to create a world-class experience for PRO customers.
• Support the PRO desk in-store: calls, orders, follow-ups, support and escalations.
• Identify PROs in the store and collaborate with the team to engage them.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of Floor & Decor products to assist PRO customers.
• Train store team on the selling process and PRO-specific workflows.
• Promote PRO Credit Solutions and assist PROs with enrollment in rewards and apps.
