Qualifications

• Experience in retail or wholesale contractor sales or service.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish or local dominant language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute the PRO Services Blueprint to create a world-class PRO customer experience.
• Support the PRO desk in-store: calls, orders, follow-ups, and escalations.
• Collaborate with store team to identify PROs and promote PRO programs.
