Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. seeks an PRO Services Associate to build relationships with professional customers and grow their business.

You will support the PRO desk in-store, manage orders, and promote rewards and credit programs while collaborating with store teams and departments. The role emphasizes excellent customer service, multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment, and travel to PRO sites as needed to demonstrate Floor & Decor’s benefits and capabilities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher a plus.
• 1 year in retail or wholesale contractor sales, service, supply and/or installation.
• Experience with Salesforce / CRM software is a plus.
• Bilingual in Spanish or dominant language in the store trade-area is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute the PRO Services Blueprint to deliver a world class experience for PRO customers.
• Support the PRO desk in-store: calls, orders, follow-up, and escalations.
• Identify PROs in-store and expand their participation in programs.
• Maintain knowledge of Floor & Decor products and selling processes.
• Promote PRO Premier Rewards and PRO Credit Solutions.
• Travel to customer sites with the Pro Services Manager when needed.
• Perform tasks to achieve business objectives and support store initiatives.
