Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a PRO Customer Specialist to build relationships with professional clients in the flooring contractor space. You will support PRO customers in-store and via phone, manage orders, and promote PRO rewards programs to grow our PRO business.

The role emphasizes customer service, product knowledge, and collaboration with store teams to deliver a world-class PRO experience. Travel within stores may be required occasionally.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Associate Degree or higher is a plus.
• 1 year in retail or wholesale contractor sales, service, supply and/or professional installation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Salesforce / CRM software is a plus.
• Bilingual in Spanish or the most dominant language in the Store trade-area is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute the PRO Services Blueprint to create a world class experience for PRO Customers.
• Support the PRO desk in-store: calls, orders, follow-up, support and escalations.
• Identify PROs in-store and promote the PRO Premier Rewards Program.
• Promote PRO Credit Solutions and coordinate PRO customer activities.
• Collaborate across store initiatives to grow PRO participation.
