Floor & Decor is seeking a PRO Services Associate to build relationships with PRO customers and support their needs in-store and via phone. You will help grow the PRO business by promoting rewards programs and credit solutions, while collaborating with store teams to identify PRO opportunities.

This hourly role starts from $15.00 per hour, with higher starting pay based on experience. Travel is limited; strong customer service and communication skills are essential.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent is required; Associate degree is a plus.
• Experience in retail or wholesale contractor sales or service is preferred; CRM experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Assist PRO customers in-store and by phone to fulfill orders and support PRO priorities.
• Build relationships with PRO customers and communicate Floor & Decor benefits and rewards.
• Maintain product knowledge and assist teammates with the selling process.
