Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking a PRO Services Associate to build relationships with professional customers in the floor contractor space. You will support the PRO desk in-store, manage inquiries, orders and escalations, and collaborate with store teams to identify PROs.

The role emphasizes product knowledge, selling processes, and expanding PRO participation. This hourly position offers base pay starting at $16 per hour with potential for higher starting pay based on experience, plus benefits in a

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Associate Degree or higher is a plus.
• 1 year in retail or wholesale contractor sales, service, supply and/or professional installation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Salesforce / CRM software is a plus.
• Bilingual in Spanish or the most dominant language in the Store trade-area is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute the PRO Services Blueprint to create a world class experience for PRO customers.
• Support the PRO desk in-store: calls, orders, follow-up, support and escalations.
• Collaborate with the Store Team to identify PROs in the store.
• Maintain extensive knowledge about Floor & Decor products.
• Train and support the Store Team on the selling process.
• Educate PRO customers about our PRO business and sign them up for rewards.
• Promote PRO Credit Solutions and the PRO Premier Credit Card.
• Coordinate PRO customer activities in-store.
• Collaborate in store initiatives and present program benefits.
