Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking a PRO Services Associate to build strong relationships with professional customers in the flooring contractor space. You will support in-store PRO activities, manage inquiries, and assist with orders while promoting PRO benefits and credit options.

The role emphasizes excellent customer service, cross-functional collaboration, and travel to PRO sites as needed, with hourly compensation starting at $15.00 per hour and advancement opportunities based on experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year in retail or wholesale contractor sales, service, supply and/or professional installation is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute the PRO Services Blueprint to create a world-class experience for PRO customers.
• Support PRO desk in-store: calls, orders, follow-up, support and escalations.
• Promote PRO credit solutions and PRO Premier Rewards.
