Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking a PRO Services liaison to build relationships with PRO customers and help grow their business. This hourly role reports to the PRO Services Manager and supports our PRO priorities in-store and in outreach.

You will monitor PRO market trends, collaborate with Design Services and Installation Materials, and educate customers about PRO benefits, credit options, and rewards programs. Benefits include bonus opportunities, 401k with company match, Employee Stock Purchase Plan,

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Associate Degree or higher is a plus.
• 1 year in retail or wholesale contractor sales, service, supply and/or professional installation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Salesforce / CRM software is a plus.
• Bilingual in Spanish or the most dominant language in the Store trade-area is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute PRO Services Blueprint to create a world class experience for PRO Customers.
• Support the PRO desk in-store: calls, orders, follow-up, customer support and escalations.
• Collaborate with Store Team to identify PROs in our Store.
• Maintain extensive knowledge about Floor & Decor products.
• Train and support the Store Team on our selling process.
• Understand PRO business to educate PRO customers and expand participation.
• Promote PRO Credit Solutions and PRO Premier Rewards Program.
• Coordinate PRO Customers in-store activities and assist with store initiatives.
