Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings, Inc. is seeking a PRO Sales Associate in Los Angeles to build relationships with PRO customers and grow their business. You will support the PRO desk in-store, manage orders, and promote the PRO Premier Rewards Program and credit options.

The role requires 1 year of contractor sales experience, strong communication skills, and comfort with CRM systems. Some travel and a fast-paced environment are expected.

Qualifications

• Retail or wholesale contractor sales experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.
• Familiar with CRM software such as Salesforce is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute the PRO Services blueprint to create a world class experience for PRO customers.
• Support the PRO desk in-store: calls, orders, follow-up, support and escalations.
• Collaborate with the store team to identify PROs and expand their participation.
• Maintain extensive knowledge about Floor & Decor products.
• Train and support the Store Team on our selling process.
• Promote PRO Credit Solutions and the PRO Premier Rewards Program.
• Coordinate PRO customers in-store activities.
