Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking a PRO Services professional in Oregon to build relationships with professional customers (PROs) and support their business growth. The role reports to the PRO Services Manager and focuses on understanding PRO market trends and collaborating across departments to expand PRO participation.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; Associate degree or higher is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute the PRO Services Blueprint to create a world class experience for PRO Customers.
• Support the PRO desk in-store: calls, orders, follow-up, support and escalations.
• Identify PROs in the store and maintain knowledge about Floor & Decor products.
