Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. seeks an in-store PRO Sales Associate in Mount Pleasant, SC to build strong relationships with professional customers and support the PRO desk with orders, calls, and follow-ups.

The role is hourly, requires a high school diploma (associate degree a plus) and strong communication skills; Salesforce experience is a plus. Occasional travel to PRO sites may be required as part of the PRO strategy.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Associate degree or higher is a plus.
• 1 year in retail or wholesale contractor sales, service, or installation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Salesforce/CRM is a plus.
• Bilingual in Spanish or dominant local language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute the PRO Services Blueprint to create a world class experience for PRO Customers.
• Support the PRO desk in-store: calls, manage orders, follow-up, customer support and escalations.
• Collaborate with the Store Team to identify PROs in our Store.
• Maintain extensive knowledge about Floor & Decor products.
• Train and support the Store Team on our selling process.
• Educate PRO customers about our PRO programs and benefits.
• Promote PRO Credit Solutions and the PRO Premier Rewards Program.
• Assist with PRO customers in-store activities.
