Job summary

Floor & Decor is looking for a dedicated individual to enhance PRO customer relationships and support our sales efforts in Deerfield, Illinois. The ideal candidate will have experience in retail and customer service, possess strong communication skills, and be ready to thrive in a dynamic environment.

This hourly position requires working closely with both customers and the store team to create a world-class service experience. Benefits include opportunities for bonuses, medical plans, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• 1 year in retail or wholesale contractor sales, service, supply and/or professional installation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Salesforce / CRM software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute the PRO Services Blueprint for a world-class experience.
• Provide customer support and manage orders at the PRO desk.
• Collaborate with the Store Team to identify PROs.
