Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. seeks a PRO Services oriented associate to build relationships with professional customers in our stores. The role focuses on PRO customers, offering product knowledge and facilitating the PRO priorities in collaboration with store teams.

Expect hourly work with travel up to 20% when supporting PROs at job sites. The position emphasizes strong communication, CRM usage, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Associate Degree or higher is a plus.
• 1 year in retail or wholesale contractor sales, service, supply and/or professional installation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Salesforce / CRM software is a plus.
• Bilingual in Spanish or the most dominant language in the Store trade-area is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute the PRO Services Blueprint to create a world class experience for PRO customers.
• Support the PRO desk in-store: calls, orders, follow-up, and customer support.
• Collaborate with the Store Team to identify PROs in-store.
• Maintain extensive knowledge about Floor & Decor products.
• Train and support the Store Team on selling process.
• Educate PRO customers about PRO programs and credit options.
• Coordinate PRO customers in-store activities.
