Job summary

Floor & Decor is hiring for a PRO Services team member in Vacaville, CA. You will focus on building relationships with PRO customers in the hard surface flooring contractor space, supporting their needs and earning their trust to grow their business.

The role reports to the PRO Services Manager and supports Floor & Decor's PRO priorities. The position is hourly with potential travel up to 20% and opportunities for career advancement.

Qualifications

• Includes strong written and verbal communication
• Experience with PRO customers in store or field selling is a plus
• Ability to learn Floor & Decor product lines and PRO programs

Responsibilities

• Assist PRO desk in-store: calls, orders, follow-up and support
• Identify and engage PROs in the store
• Educate customers on PRO benefits and programs
• Support PRO Credit Solutions offerings and sign-ups
• Travel to customer/PRO sites as needed with PRO Services Manager
