Job summary

Floor & Decor is looking for a motivated individual for the position focused on building relationships with professional customers in the hard surface flooring contractor space. This role is essential for supporting PRO Services operations while assisting customers and coordinating store initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year in retail or wholesale contractor sales or professional installation.
• Experience in customer service roles with strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute the PRO Services Blueprint to create a world-class experience for PRO customers.
• Support the PRO desk in-store: phone calls, manage orders, customer support and escalations.
• Collaborate with the Store Team to identify PROs.

Skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Experience with Salesforce or CRM software

Bilingual in Spanish

Education

High School diploma or equivalent

Associate Degree or higher
