Job summary

Floor & Decor seeks a PRO Sales Associate to build relationships with professional customers, support PRO operations in-store, and promote credit and rewards programs. The role reports to the PRO Services Manager and requires excellent communication, customer service, and product knowledge.

Base pay starts at $15.00 per hour, with higher starting pay based on experience; travel up to 20% may be required for PRO visits. Bilingual abilities are a plus in our trade-area store locations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• 1 year in retail or wholesale contractor sales or related.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Salesforce or CRM is a plus.
• Bilingual in Spanish or local dominant language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute the PRO Services Blueprint to deliver a world-class PRO experience.
• Support the PRO desk in-store: calls, orders, follow-up, and escalations.
• Identify PROs in-store in collaboration with the store team.
• Maintain knowledge of Floor & Decor products.
• Train team on selling processes and customer service.
• Promote PRO credit solutions and rewards programs.
• Assist PRO customers at job sites with the Pro Services Manager as needed.
