Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking a PRO Services specialist in-store to grow relationships with PRO customers and promote Floor & Decor's PRO benefits. You will support PRO activities, build product knowledge, and drive enrollment in the PRO Premier Rewards Program while collaborating with store teams.

The role emphasizes customer service excellence, prospecting PROs in-store, and explaining financing options such as PRO Premier Credit Card. Travel up to 20% may be required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year in retail or wholesale contractor sales.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Salesforce/CRM experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute the PRO Services Blueprint to deliver a world-class experience.
• Support the PRO desk in-store: calls, orders, follow-up, escalations.
• Identify PROs in-store in collaboration with the Store Team.
• Maintain knowledge about Floor & Decor products.
• Educate PRO customers about programs and credits.
• Travel up to 20% to PRO sites as needed.
