Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking an PRO Sales associate to build relationships with PRO customers in-store and support their growth.

You will manage calls, orders, follow-ups, and escalations while collaborating with store teams to identify PROs and promote benefits of the PRO Premier Credit Card and rewards programs. The role emphasizes strong customer service, knowledge of Floor & Decor products, and the ability to travel to customer sites as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year in retail or wholesale contractor sales, service, supply and/or professional installation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Salesforce/CRM software is a plus.
• Bilingual in Spanish or the most dominant language in the Store trade-area is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute the PRO Services Blueprint to create a world class experience for PRO Customers.
• Support the PRO desk in-store: phone calls, manage orders, follow-ups, support and escalations.
• Collaborate with Store Team to identify PROs and promote PRO benefits.
• Promote PRO Credit Solutions and sign up PROs for rewards programs.
• Coordinate and assist PRO customers in-store activities.
• Demonstrate benefits presentations and maintain customer focus.
