Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. in Tucson, AZ is seeking a PRO Services Associate to build relationships with professional customers and grow PRO business. You will support in-store PRO activities, manage calls and orders, and collaborate with floor teams to identify PROs and promote our PRO Premier programs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; Associate degree or higher is a plus.
• 1 year in retail or wholesale contractor sales, service, supply and/or professional installation.
• Bilingual in Spanish or dominant language in the store trade-area is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute the PRO Services Blueprint to create a world class PRO customer experience.
• Assist the PRO desk in-store with calls, orders, follow-up, support and escalations.
• Collaborate with the Store Team to identify PROs in the store.
• Maintain extensive knowledge about Floor & Decor products.
• Train the Store Team on the selling process and PRO programs.
• Educate PRO customers on benefits and opportunities to participate in PRO programs.
