Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. seeks a PRO Sales Associate to foster relationships with professional customers (PRO) and help grow their business with Floor & Decor products.

Responsibilities include supporting the PRO desk in-store, processing orders, and promoting PRO programs such as PRO Premier Rewards and PRO Credit Solutions. Travel up to 20% may be required. Strong communication and CRM experience are valued; bilingual applicants are a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required; an Associate degree or higher is a plus.
• 1 year in retail or wholesale contractor sales, service, supply and/or professional installation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; bilingual ability a plus; CRM experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute PRO Services Blueprint to create a world-class PRO customer experience.
• Support the PRO desk in-store: calls, orders, follow-up, customer support and escalations.
• Collaborate with store team to identify PROs and expand their participation.
• Maintain knowledge about Floor & Decor products and selling processes.
• Promote PRO programs (PRO Premier Rewards, PRO Credit Solutions) and assist PRO sign-ups.

Skills

Strong written and verbal comms

Bilingual in Spanish (plus)

CRM software experience (Salesforce)

Education
