Job summary

Lowe's in the United States is seeking a Loader to support Pro and Garden Center operations with loading, staging, and order fulfillment. You will assist customers, respond to questions, and ensure safe handling of merchandise throughout the store and parking area.

The role emphasizes safe equipment use, accuracy in order loading, and collaboration with Pro and Garden Center teams to meet customer needs and maintain product quality.

Qualifications

• 6 Months Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information.
• 6 Months Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets.
• Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with locating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise and respond to questions.
• Support checkout, fulfillment, and customer assistance needs throughout the store.
• Pull, stage, and prepare customer and contractor orders accurately and efficiently.
• Use store equipment safely and effectively to move, stage, and load merchandise.
• Maintain in-stock conditions by down stocking and replenishing merchandise as needed.
• Support large order fulfillment while maintaining product quality and accuracy.
• Collect carts and keep work areas clean, safe, and organized in-store and in the parking lot.
• Identify and report safety hazards, theft, and security concerns to management.
• Operate store equipment as needed in relation to the specific role and department.
• Communicate product features, warranties, and Lowe’s program information to customers.
