Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. is seeking a Loader to support customer service, loading, staging, and order fulfillment across the store. The role involves assisting customers, moving merchandise, and maintaining safe, organized work areas.

Candidates should be comfortable using power equipment and store technology, and ready to engage with Pro and Garden Center loading tasks as needed. Previous retail/loading experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 6 Months Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
• 6 Months Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets
• Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law

Responsibilities

• Customer service and assisting customers with locating, selecting, and loading merchandise
• Supports checkout, fulfillment, and customer assistance in-store
• Pulls and prepares customer and contractor orders accurately
• Uses store equipment safely to move, stage, and load merchandise
• Maintains in-stock conditions by restocking merchandise
• Supports large order fulfillment with quality and accuracy
• Identifies safety hazards and reports them to management
• Operates store equipment as needed in various departments
• Communicates stock and product information to customers and employees
• Follows Lowe’s safety policies and procedures
• Performs additional duties as assigned
• Supports Pro Desk loading area for large orders
• Assists Garden Center loading and order completion
• Loads customer vehicles with proper techniques
