Job summary

Qualifications

• 6 Months Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information.
• 6 Months Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets.
• Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Provides SMART customer service through Lowe’s policies and programs.
• Assists customers with locating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise while answering questions.
• Supports checkout, fulfillment, and customer assistance needs throughout the store.
• Pulls, stages, and prepares orders accurately and efficiently.
• Loads customer vehicles using proper techniques based on order size, weight, and fulfillment needs.
