Lowe's Companies, Inc. is seeking a Loader to support customer service, loading merchandise, and order fulfillment across Pro and Garden Center areas. You will assist customers, load vehicles, and ensure accuracy and safety in all loading tasks.

Qualifications

• 6 Months Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information.
• 6 Months Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets.
• Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provides SMART customer service and assists customers with locating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise.
• Supports checkout, fulfillment, and customer assistance needs throughout the store.
• Pulls, stages, and prepares customer and contractor orders accurately and efficiently.
• Loads customer vehicles using proper techniques based on order size, weight, and fulfillment needs.
• Ensures orders are loaded accurately while maintaining product quality and safety standards.
• Operates store equipment as needed and communicates product information to customers.
