Qualifications

• 6 Months Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information.
• 6 Months Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets.
• Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provides SMART customer service per Lowe’s policies and programs.
• Assists customers with locating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise.
• Supports checkout, fulfillment, and customer assistance across the store.
• Pulls, stages, and prepares customer and contractor orders efficiently.
• Operates power equipment and store technology safely to move, stage, and load merchandise.
• Maintains in-stock conditions by stocking and replenishing merchandise as needed.
• Supports large order fulfillment with quality and accuracy.
• Collects carts and maintains clean, safe work areas inside the store and parking lot.
• Identifies and reports safety hazards or theft to management.
• Operates store equipment as needed for the department.
• Communicates product information, warranties, and Lowe’s program details to customers.
• Follows Lowe’s safety policies and procedures and uses safety devices.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
• Loader responsibilities: extend Pro Desk relationships, load/stage/fulfill Pro orders, assist loading in Pro area, respond quickly to loading requests, build Pro customer relationships, maintain Pro standards, complete required training, load customer vehicles, ensure accurate loading.
• Garden Center responsibilities: assist loading in Garden Center, stay available for customer needs, complete required training, load vehicles by order, support large orders, collaborate with Garden Center Supervisor.
