You will engage Pro customers, assist with loading, and ensure timely service for large or complex orders while maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer and basic data entry.
• 6 months experience with common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
• Ability to obtain sales-related licensure or registration as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service through Lowe’s policies, procedures, and programs.
• Assist customers with locating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise; respond to questions.
• Support checkout, fulfillment, and customer assistance needs throughout the store.
• Pull, stage, and prepare customer and contractor orders accurately and efficiently.
• Use power equipment and store technology safely to move, stage, and load merchandise.
• Maintain in-stock conditions by down stocking and replenishing merchandise as needed.
• Support large order fulfillment while maintaining product quality and accuracy.
• Collect carts and keep work areas inside the store and parking lot clean and safe.
