Lowe’s Companies, Inc. is hiring a Loader to assist customers, load merchandise, and support Pro and Garden Center loading areas in a dynamic retail store environment.

The role emphasizes safety, accuracy in loading, and excellent service. Candidates should be capable of operating store equipment and using power tools while maintaining stock and assisting customers across departments.

Qualifications

• 6 Months Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
• 6 Months Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets
• Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law

Responsibilities

• Provides SMART customer service through Lowe’s customer service policies, procedures, and programs
• Assists customers with locating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise while responding promptly to customers and associate questions
• Supports checkout, fulfillment, and customer assistance needs throughout the store
• Pulls, stages, and prepares customer and contractor orders accurately and efficiently
• Use power equipment and store technology safely and effectively to move, stage, and load merchandise
• Maintains in-stock conditions by down stocking and replenishing merchandise as needed
• Supports large order fulfillment while maintaining product quality and accuracy
• Collect carts and help maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas inside the store and parking lot
• Identifies and reports safety hazards, theft, and security concerns to management and/or Asset Protection
• Operates store equipment as needed depending on one specific role and department
• Communicates all stock, special order merchandise, product features, application, warranty, and Lowe’s program information to customers
• Follows all Lowe’s safety policies and procedures
• Performs additional duties as assigned
