Qualifications

• 6 Months Experience using a computer to input, access, modify or output information.
• 6 Months Experience using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
• Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service by following Lowe’s customer service policies and programs.
• Assist customers with locating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise and answer questions.
• Support checkout, fulfillment, and customer assistance needs throughout the store.
• Pull, stage, and prepare customer and contractor orders accurately and efficiently.
• Use store equipment safely to move, stage, and load merchandise.
• Maintain in-stock conditions by down stocking and replenishing merchandise as needed.
• Assist with large order fulfillment and ensure product quality and accuracy.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas in store and parking lot.
