Job summary

Lowe’s Companies, Inc. is hiring for a Loader role to support customers and contractors in-store. You will assist with loading, staging, and fulfilling orders while maintaining safety and stock integrity.

This position emphasizes accurate order handling, customer service, and efficient loading techniques across varied departments, including Pro and Garden Center areas. The role is based in Owings Mills, MD, with part-time and full-time feasibility depending on location.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
• Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and assist customers with locating, selecting, and loading merchandise.
• Support checkout, fulfillment, and customer assistance needs throughout the store.
• Pull, stage, and prepare customer and contractor orders accurately and efficiently.
• Use store equipment safely to move, stage, and load merchandise.
• Maintain in-stock conditions by down stocking and replenishing merchandise as needed.
• Assist with large order fulfillment while maintaining product quality and accuracy.
• Identify and report safety hazards, theft, and security concerns to management.
• Communicate product features, warranty, and Lowe’s program information to customers.
• Follow Lowe’s safety policies; perform additional duties as assigned.
