Job summary

Lowe’s Companies, Inc. is seeking a Loader to support customer and contractor orders, loading vehicles, and staging products across store sections. The role emphasizes safe handling of power equipment and attention to detail in order accuracy.

The position involves assisting customers in Garden Center and Pro areas, prioritizing fast, friendly service while maintaining store standards and safety protocols. Training will cover power equipment and spotter use.

Qualifications

• Six months of computer experience including inputting, accessing, and outputting information.
• Six months of experience with common retail technology like smartphones and tablets.
• Ability to obtain sales-related licensure or registration as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service following Lowe’s policies and programs.
• Assist customers with locating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise and answer questions.
• Support checkout, fulfillment, and customer assistance throughout the store.
• Pull, stage, and prepare customer and contractor orders accurately and efficiently.
• Use power equipment and store technology safely to move, stage, and load merchandise.
• Maintain in-stock conditions by restocking and replenishing merchandise as needed.
• Assist with large order fulfillment while maintaining quality and accuracy.
