Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. is seeking a Loader to provide excellent customer service and support checkout, fulfillment, and loading of merchandise in the store.

The role includes pulling and staging orders, assisting customers, and maintaining stock with emphasis on safety and efficiency across Pro and Garden Center areas. Candidates should be comfortable using store technology and equipment, and capable of handling large or complex orders while ensuring accurate loading and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience using a computer for store tasks is required.
• Experience with common retail technology is required.
• Ability to obtain sales-related licensure or registration if required by law.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with locating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise.
• Support checkout, fulfillment, and customer assistance across the store.
• Pull, stage, and prepare customer and contractor orders accurately.
• Load customer vehicles safely using proper techniques based on order size.
• Maintain in-stock conditions and replenish merchandise as needed.
• Identify and report safety hazards or security concerns to management.
