Job summary

Lowe's in the United States is hiring a Loader to support in-store loading, stocking, and order fulfillment. You will assist customers, move merchandise, and help keep the shopping environment safe and organized.

This role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and attention to detail in handling products of various sizes. Experience in retail or loading roles is valued; training on power equipment and store systems will be provided.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology, such as smartphones and tablets.
• Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law.

Responsibilities

• Customer service and assisting customers with locating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise.
• Support checkout, fulfillment, and customer assistance needs throughout the store.
• Pull, stage, and prepare customer and contractor orders accurately and efficiently.
• Use power equipment and store technology safely and effectively to move, stage, and load merchandise.
• Maintain in-stock conditions by stocking and replenishing merchandise as needed.
• Assist with large order fulfillment and ensure product quality and accuracy.
