Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. is seeking a Loader to provide excellent customer service and assist with locating, carrying, and loading merchandise in our store.

You will support checkout, fulfillment, and customer assistance while preparing customer and contractor orders with accuracy. Responsibilities include operating store equipment safely, replenishing stock, and assisting with large or complex orders in the Garden Center and Pro loading areas.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer and inputting, accessing, or outputting information.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
• Ability to obtain sales-related licensure or registration as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with locating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise and respond to customer questions.
• Support checkout, fulfillment, and customer assistance needs throughout the store.
• Pull, stage, and prepare customer and contractor orders accurately and efficiently.
• Use power equipment and store technology safely to move, stage and load merchandise.
• Maintain in-stock conditions by down stocking and replenishing merchandise as needed.
• Assist with large order fulfillment while maintaining product quality and accuracy.
• Identify and report safety hazards, theft, and security concerns to management.
