Job summary

Floor & Decor seeks a PRO Services sales associate to deepen relationships with professional customers in the hard surface flooring space. You will support the PRO desk, manage calls and orders, and collaborate across teams to grow PRO participation.

Responsibilities include educating PROs, promoting the PRO Premier Rewards Program and credit options, and traveling up to 20% as needed to present benefits at job sites.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; associate degree a plus.
• 1 year in retail or wholesale contractor sales, service, or installation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Salesforce/CRM experience is a plus.
• Bilingual in Spanish or store-area language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute the PRO Services Blueprint to deliver a world class PRO experience.
• Support in-store PRO desk: calls, orders, follow-up, support, escalations.
• Identify PROs in-store and maintain product knowledge.
• Train staff on selling process and educate PRO customers about benefits.
• Promote PRO Credit Solutions and the PRO Premier Rewards Program.
• Coordinate PRO customers' in-store activities and store initiatives.
