Job summary

The Home Depot in Quincy, IL is seeking a Pro Experience Manager (Pro XM) to lead the Pro area, uphold store standards, and coach team members on service, safety, and SOPs. In collaboration with store leadership, Outside Sales, and Specialty Managers, you will drive Pro signups and ensure on-time deliveries while maintaining a positive customer experience.

This role requires the ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, and 1+ year of leadership experience.

Qualifications

• 1 year of relevant work experience, including management of people and retail operations.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Minimum education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum years of work experience: 2+ years.

Responsibilities

• 30% - Customer Service / Experience - Service Leadership: Model service standards and coach on customer interactions; actively manage Pro area to minimize wait times and ensure availability.
• 30% - People - Talent Acquisition; Training Compliance; Performance Management: support recruiting, ensure KD training, coach performance, complete reviews.
• 15% - Safety: enforce hazmat procedures and PPE usage; ensure safety checklists and training are completed and correct hazards.
• 25% - Open/Close Operations: perform opening/closing duties, secure building, align schedules, and verify daily priorities.
