Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a Pro Experience Manager (Pro XM) to join the store leadership team. You will oversee customer service, department readiness, and operational processes, driving Pro-related sales and Pro Xtra signups while ensuring a fast, accurate customer experience.

You will coach associates on safety, policy adherence, and service standards, manage the Pro area, and partner with Store Leaders to implement Pro strategies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and overtime.
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience in management and retail operations.
• Minimum 2+ years of related work experience

Responsibilities

• Deliver customer service excellence by overseeing store standards and Pro area operations.
• Lead people and ensure safe opening/closing, staffing, and adherence to SOPs.
• Collaborate with Store Leaders and Specialty Managers to execute Pro strategies.
