The Home Depot is seeking a Pro Experience Manager (Pro XM) to join the store leadership team in Gaylord, MI. You will drive Pro customer flow, support Pro Xtra signups, and ensure timely deliveries while coaching associates on safety and service standards.

As MOD and through SOP-driven duties, you will partner with Store Leaders, Outside Sales, and Specialists to implement Pro strategies and uphold safety and operations compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in management and retail operations.
• High school diploma or GED required; knowledge of safety procedures preferred.
• Proficiency in leading teams and coaching associates.

Responsabilités

• Oversee Pro area operations to minimize wait times, ensure availability of carts, signage, and equipment for Pro customers.
• Lead store initiatives, coordinate with ASMs, and validate deliveries and Will Calls for accuracy.
• Coach and train associates on policies, safety, and customer service; enforce SOPs during MOD duties.
