Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a Pro Experience Manager (Pro XM) to lead the Pro department and enhance service for Pro customers in Wisconsin. You will work with store leadership to execute Pro strategies, drive signups, and ensure a smooth, on-time customer experience.

Responsibilities include coaching associates on safety, SOPs, and policy; overseeing operations to minimize wait times; and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve Pro customer flow and deliveries.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of leadership in retail operations.
• 1 year of relevant work experience managing people.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Legally allowed to work in the United States.
