Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a Pro Experience Manager (Pro XM) to lead the Pro area, coach staff, and ensure safe, efficient operations. This role partners with Store Leaders and Specialty Managers to drive Pro sales, loyalty, and signups while delivering a fast, accurate customer experience.

As MOD when needed, you will oversee opening/closing, ensure safety and compliance, and develop talent through training and performance management. Expect a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• 1 year of relevant work experience including management of people and retail operations.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Pro Experience area to minimize wait times and ensure available carts, signage, and equipment.
• Validate all Will Calls & Deliveries at the start of each shift for accuracy and on-time completion.
• Provide real-time coaching and development for associates.
• Perform Opening & Closing duties, following SOPs and coordinating with store leadership.
